Welcome to Always Here Kids, the innovative mental health and wellbeing support service for children! This app is designed to help kids understand and talk about their thoughts, feelings and emotions in a safe and supportive environment.

** Did you know we have two apps in the App Store? The Always Here Kids app (this one) is for children ages 7+ and our Always Here Parents app is for parents!
Theyre designed as companion apps to help families navigate middle childhood, the tween years and the growing-up journey together.

Here’s how the Always Here Kids app works:

Every child creates their own unique Companion, a digital friend who is always here to chat, listen, learn and offer guidance and support.

Kids can also talk with our wellbeing-trained (and human) LiveChat Counselors anytime theyre facing a challenge or feeling down, or when they just need to talk to someone.

Looking for advice? Our app provides helpful information about emotions and how to manage them through fun and interactive activities. We provide instant access to coping skills, mindfulness habits for building resilience, goal-setting and wellness activities, and strategies for promoting positive thinking and self-care.

We know that kids want to take charge of their emotional health so they can feel better equipped to navigate the challenges of growing up.
